Photography is a funny thing. There are those who don't understand why anyone would take a picture of anything that wasn't big, unusual, or had people in it. I, on the other hand, enjoy photography for its artistic merit, not simply as a means to record events or places I've been. The contrast of the yellow string against the rust and brown of its surroundings struck me as beautiful.

I agree...it's like your red lizard photo...contrasting bold colors makes you focus on the subject...very cool
