What is it?
ohmyhead.com serves a couple of purposes. One is that I journal here, and the other is to share some of my photography.I put up the trendy "everyone on the web is doing it so I should too" blog because it was free, and because I wanted a place to journal. I seem to run across weird funny stuff all the time, and I want to remember it in the long term. I don't journal on paper by habit; never have -- so I figured this is as good as anywhere.
You'll find pictures of Eastern Europe, the American Southwest, including the Escalante area of Utah and Arizona, Antelope Canyon, Colorado, Austin, TX, The University of Texas, fine art stuff, and more. I mostly use a Mamiya 645 Super with various lenses, but some of the pictures were taken with a Canon Rebel or some other random machine. If you have questions about a particular picture, please use the contact form at the bottom.
It is my desire to have a web site that is pleasing to look at and easy to use. I want it to be accurate, error-free, and useful. Please contact me if you have any suggestions or requests. Really! Use the form below.
What's next?
As for the web site, who knows. I'll probably keep tinkering with the look, and editing the static content, but otherwise I'm gonna try to keep up with the blogging.
