Blue Bonnets

Blue bonnets were extremely tough to find this year due to our lack of rain.  This has been one of the driest springs certainly since I’ve been here.  “Drought” – a word we hear often in this part of the country.  However, we found a patch that was just big enough to work for some pictures.  You’ll notice that there isn’t a picture of the kids together, which is the main one that I was hoping for.  April refused to let go of me, and if we made her, well, the result was certainly not picture worthy.  Go here to view all of my favorites.
